- Cheerleading is a team sport that requires consistent participation from every member. A cheerleader's absence from a practice or game negatively affects the team's ability to practice safely and inhibits the team from being able to perform their cheers, stunts, or routines in an optimal fashion.
- Excessive absences will place your child at a disadvantage in learning the routine, cheers or stunts and could limit her involvement in the halftime routine. For questions or more information, please contact us at rtrocketscheer@gmail.com.
The Cheer Board (CB) is responsible for hearing all issues concerning Cheerleading that cannot be resolved by the coaching staff or directly involves the coaching staff. The following steps must be followed in order to hear your issue. Any attempt to circumvent this process or go beyond the CB may cause unfavorable results. Most issues can be solved prior to reaching the CB through private discussion with the corresponding head coach or director. We urge you to take this approach prior to bringing this to the CB. Thank you.
